Brief

The objective was to inspire employees to keep raising benchmarks and celebrate achievers in a star-studded affair, where the audience would be scattered across South Asia, accompanied by their families.

The
Concept

Our approach was to create a 360-degree platform with the classic black and gold theme, plotting and tying a series of touch points, to make the employees feel valued and celebrated.

The
Solution

A virtual, 360-degree navigational version of a grand Dolby Theatre was created to host the awards, replete with a huge hallway, red carpet entry, chandelier, spotlights, smart lobby and a help desk. A Pathway of Fame was created to feature various winners as shining examples of good performance. Similarly, a Wall of Excellence was created to honour exceptional team and employee accomplishments. Every award category was integrated with contextual audio-visuals, nominations, winners, trophy giveaways and winning speeches. An engagement zone was created for delegates to participate in games and quizzes. Just like a real awards ceremony, various in-house employees took to the stage to entertain the audience, bringing out the many cultures of South Asia in artistical performances.
