A perfectionist by nature, he has been pivotal in ensuring that, as an organization, SHOBIZ seamlessly progresses into a full – blown experiential agency with internal bandwidth and capabilities to offer turnkey solutions.
As Chief Operating Officer, he fronts organizational streamlining. With a penchant for perfection, Tejpal has a cheerful persona with a unique never say never attitude towards resolving obstacles and attaining impossible tasks.
SHOBIZ has gone from strength to strength over the past three decades, and Tejpal has been a lynchpin in our evolution.
Subir is a master when it comes to translating a brand’s vision into tangible experiences. A qualified architect, he brought a fresh mindset and new dimension in terms of creative approach, when he joined us over 25 years ago.
He single – handedly built our creative studio into what it is today – an exciting, buzzing pool of people doing path breaking work. Over the years he has donned many hats and amongst them what stands out was how he transformed the automobile segment from a mere speck within our universe into one of the key highlights of our portfolio.
Outside of work, Subir is a keen philatelist and also dabbles in coins of a bygone era.
Rajesh is the torchbearer of innovation within SHOBIZ. Constantly exploring the landscape of experiential technologies and methodologies, he’s one to address creative challenges with path breaking solutions. A stickler for details, Rajesh has ensured flawless execution of several large – scale, highly innovatove solutions for some of our most prestigious clients.
Rajesh plays a crucial role across the event’s lifecycle, traversing strategy, planning and management. He has been pivotal to our lasting relationships with SAP, Accenture, OnePlus and Tata.
A quintessential nature – lover, whenever he has time on hand, he travels to different sanctuaries, further nurturing this bond.
Sony brings with her 2 decades of diverse experiences across the spectrum of domestic, international corporate events and live televised shows. She has spearheaded and directed some of India’s largest opening & closing ceremony events.
She is relentless, persuasive, empathetic and a strong believer of gender equality. If it wasn’t for the experiential industry she would have liked to be a lawyer or a radio jockey.
Among her other interests she likes playing scrabble, reading, traveling, dancing and journaling. When she is not working she spends time with her twin daughters who she believes are her raison d’etre and her greatest superpower.
Amrita is the newest addition to our senior leadership team at SHOBIZ. With two decades of relevant and diverse experience, she is at the helm of our Bangalore office. Her most prominent skills lie in transforming ideas into reality.
A strong believer in karma, she has a go – getter attitude. She believes in leading by inspiration, not intimidation. “Wherever you go, go with all your heart.” – this is her mantra when it comes to work.
Apart from work, Amrita is a voracious reader and a keen lover of antiques. Her inclination towards antiques and vintage style led her to developing a passion for Interior Design, as a result of which she continues to create spaces that surround her everyday life.
Pravin’s journey at SHOBIZ is testament to his dedication and commitment. Joining us over 20 years ago, in 1999, as a production executive, he has graduated to being a SVP today, through sheer force of determination to succeed.
He has driven impactful brand experiences for clients across sectors, but one that undoubtedly stands out is Hindustan Unilever – our founder’s 1st corporate client. Pravin has adeptly honed & built upon this priceless and historic association with HUL, as a result of which, the consumer goods giant has gone onto become our oldest and most celebrated client.
Apart from being passionate about motorbikes, Pravin is a farming enthusiast with a bent for social entreprenurship.
Sidhant has been an integral part of SHOBIZ over the past decade and a half. Kicking off his journey with us within operations, he gained first – hand, comprehensive knowledge of the work that goes into producing an experience, before progressing to client servicing, and eventually becoming an adept leader of a strategic business unit.
An astute helmsman, Sidhant is responsible for growing and transforming our Delhi branch from a small scale satellite office into a high-performance asset. Having an aptitude for large format experiences, Sidhant and his troops have delivered benchmark – setting experience for our leading clients.
Known for his unwavering focus and methodical approach, he maintains an inner zen through chanting and his Buddhist practice.
Having had a two decades long career within operations, Chetan has a natural knack and deep rooted skillset in translating innovative concepts into on-ground realities. Having joined us 13 years ago, Chetan has grown into the go-to person for operations-related matters. He is SHOBIZ’s designated man-frida whenever obstacles get in the way of attaining something ground-breakin.
A natural collaborator, he knits together the right details from different stakeholders of the project and strategically approaches task at hand.
Whenever he isn't caught in the midst of bringing visions to life, he's off on an adventure to unexplored destinations with his family.
Percy joined SHOBIZ three years ago, in 2019, but despite being onboard for just a short span of time, he has been instrumental in streamlining the organization and mitigating risks.
With three decades of experience in managing finance, he has a diverse background stretching across the entire gamut of functions such as legal, human resources, admin and IT, having also played the role of Chief Administrative Officer in the past.
When not crunching numbers, Percy derives pleasure from reading, debating, traveling and watching films.
Sameer has been the driving force behind SHOBIZ since 1990. His admirable vision & incredible commitment have helped transform SHOBIZ into India’s Premier Experiential Communications Agency.
With a tireless thirst for setting new benchmarks in all things experiential, he has always led from the front, keeping the troops inspired and committed to raising the bar.
